The DIGITAL CITY 2005

SF and Bay area Cities: deploying wired infrastructures up to and beyond the last mile.

With emerging bandwidth-hungry wireless and home networking applications, convergence of telephony, video and data networks, and exponentially increasing number of end users, the last-mile and access landscape is rapidly changing and both private and public institutions need to address the issue of deploying new, optimized, cost-effective and survivable communication infrastructures.

This panel will bring together professionals currently involved in exploring the challenges of this deployment and enabling this turnaround that will impact our way of life for the next decades.

Registration and Cost:
No registration is required but come early to make sure you have a seat. Members ($30 annual membership) can attend this SIG free. For non-members, there is a $10 fee per session, payable by check or cash at the event.
