Virginie Glaenzer is co-founder and CEO of Inventop, pioneer in the emerging Bluetooth networking space with the first Bluetooth "spontaneous network" for wireless devices. Virginie has over 11 years of experience in sales, marketing and team management in high tech industry including hardware, software and wireless spaces. She also has a unique savoir-faire in conducting businesses with a unique passion and strategy. She holds a master from HEC majoring in entrepreneur session and a bachelors in marketing and finance. She is a personal coach for several people in their professional and personal lives.

With emerging bandwidth-hungry wireless and home networking applications, convergence of telephony, video and data networks, and exponentially increasing number of end users, the last-mile and access landscape is rapidly changing and both private and public institutions need to address the issue of deploying new, optimized, cost-effective and survivable communication infrastructures.
