On Wednesday April 6th, we had invited sepakers from the Lompoc, San Jose, Milipitas and San Carlos Cities to give them the opportunity to explain the reasons why they have chosen or not to provide free WIFI in their towns: what are the services they expect to see, how will it work and what technology they have chosen if they chose any and will it really be free?
